Patient Screening
A patient questionnaire is provided to EACH patient EVERY visit
- Sanitizer is provided for every patient eligible for a Walk-In visit
TeleHealth
Answering “YES” to any question immediately makes the patient eligible for a Telehealth visit and we will be glad to help you through that process so you can see the provider safely.
- You are not alone. You can be SEEN today. Even if you call from home and it is medically recommended you stay home or in your vehicle.
